how many nursing sessions 4 months

how many times do you nurse your LO at around 4 months and do they sleep all night or how many times do you feed at night? My DD eats about 5-6 times a day and 1-2 times at night...however she has been waking more lately. I know maybe the 4 month wakeful, but curious on how often you feed. DD takes three 4 oz bottles at daycare now and I nurse once in the morning about 2-3 more times including when we get home and throughout the night.

At 4m, DD was nursing about 7x a day and 2-3x overnight.

DS however was nursing 5x a day and 1x overnight.

My 4 mo old ( as of jan. 1) is killing me. She went from waking up 1-2x overnight to every 2-2.5 hours.
She gets. Three 3oz bottles from the nanny and nurses with me when she wakes at 6 and then again before work and another 2 times before bed.
I'm so tired.

My LO nurses 5 times during the day and is STTN. He is 14 wks.

My son is 4 months old today. He eat 6x/day, I primarily pump and nurse just once a day. He's been sleeping through the night since 10 weeks (from 830 p.m.-730 a.m.). Our feeding schedule is:

5oz bottle
3 4oz bottles at daycare
4 oz bottle after work
nurse before bed
