Leaking diapers at daycare

Does anyone have suggestions for helping daycare providers with putting diapers on correctly? The last few days O has had to have a full clothing change with every diaper change because she is peeing through. This doesn't happen at home, so I'm assuming they are putting diapers on too loosely and not checking for gaps. I typically send both aplix and snaps and have tried to show them where to snap. They've had other babies in cloth and I felt like they sort of "yessed" me since they already had experience with cloth. They have a policy of changing every 2 hours so I don't think she's sitting in diapers for an extremely long time. I haven't been the one to pick her up for a few days, but when I go in on Monday I'd like to offer more suggestions if I can. I just really don't want them to get frustrated with cloth!

    Good idea- I was thinking about trying to show her how I do it again, but it would definitely make more sense to see what she is actually doing.
