Sharing the news with my folks

I'm 10 weeks & will be telling my mom tomorrow that we're pregnant. Planning to tell the rest of the family on Christmas eve. Curious how everyone else shared the big news with their family for the first time. Any tips on ways to make it special?

    I'm telling my family on Christmas morning! I bought a onesie on Etsy that says "Let the spoiling begin! (coming July 2015)" and I'm having her open her last present to see that & the u/s picture I get on Monday underneath it! And of course I'm gonna record it! :x
