I ate out and my steak had blue cheese on it. I didn't even think about it until I was almost finished. Are there any symptoms I should be concerned with if they arise?
It's most likely ok. A lot of times blue cheese is made with pasteurized milk. Sorry I don't have input on symptoms. ..my guess would be stomach aches but hopefully someone else will weigh in
If you went to the outback or pretty much any chain restaurant it is probably "Kraft blue cheese" or something along those lines and most likely pasteurized. You can always call the restaurant and just ask if it makes you feel better. I love blue cheese and would love to smother some on some crackers.

I've been grubbing on blue cheese on hot wings the past couple of weeks! Like pp's have said, it's most likely pasteurized.
