  FIL is in town until Monday, but no real Christmas plans with him. I've been baking cookies all week and sending them to work with DH. Tomorrow night we have a white elephant gift exchange and party, and I'm super excited because FIL is here, so we can go out without the kids! Tomorrow afternoon is DS's party, so I'm in Thomas the Tank mode right now instead of Christmas!

  I'm working at my second job tomorrow all day and then on Sunday we've got cookie day eith my aunts/cousins and my grandpas birthday party. I'm a little irritated bc i hate having that many obligations in one weekend that leave me with little to no relaxing/down time with DH and LO. I'll probably not stick around for the bday party though bc I'll see everyone again in Christmas Eve anyway.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  The answer to the most obvious question is I don't know. I don't know why we have a separate get together three days before were all together for Christmas anyway.

  We go to DHs grandmas tomorrow. Then we are hosting my cousin on my moms side on Sunday. We have like 75 Christmas celebrations. It's ridiculous.

  Tomorrow is our first Christmas celebration. It's at DH's aunt's house with MIL's family. DS1 is so excited.

  We had a small family pre Christmad get together. Lots of the kids ended up sick so we rescheduled the big Christmas for after New Years.
  We also had a Christmad party with some of our friends tonight. Both parties were at our house.

  we had "christmas morning" yesterday at home..it was a lot of fun with my daughter opening everything and getting excited...although she did hurt my feelings a bit with not liking some of the things as much as i thought she would. that's normal, but i forgot to expect it. also, as soon as she was done unwrapping one gift, she would move to another before even really looking at what she got. she also opened all gifts for her brother. it was nice, though, because she ended up playing with playdoh for like 4 hours and we got a lot of chores done around the house.

  It was good, the in laws got Declan some great stuff but it's huge. I already need a bigger apartment and we haven't even moved in yet.
