Ok, now I can't stop looking.

Anyway, I looked it up on snopes and according to them, it's real. Kid was at a buffet and was getting down from his chair with the fork in his hand, when the waitress picked him up, the fork was as you see in the picture. The tongs missed the cartilage in his nose so docs were able to remove it without damage. The "before" pic above is actually the "after" pic - 3 days after the fork was removed.
