GBMC OB rec

I need an OB, but I am super picky. I already know I don't want Dr. Quartner or Perinatal Associates. My internist recommended Dr. Allen, but I've called three times and haven't gotten through to an actual person yet. I'm also thinking I might want the convenience of a larger group. Anyone use Capital Women's Care on West?

    @dorothygale01‌ Thanks for the response. I was actually a patient of Dr. K for several years. She was incredibly dismissive of my infertility. She actually gave me the "just relax" speech which is the kind of thing that you expect from your uneducated friends and family, not your doctor. I also find their front desk staff to be rude/unhelpful. I needed an urgent refill and Dr. K was out of the office. They tried to get me to wait 3-4 days for her to return. I had to demand they get another doctor to look at my chart. I actually recommend Dr. K to friends who are just looking for an annual exam and a refill on BCPs. She's pleasant and easygoing. However I never found her to be a partner in my reproductive health.

    I go to a CWC over in Montgomery Co and really like it.  I don't have any experience with the Baltimore offices, but I've loved my care with the organization over here.  Best of luck OP :)

    I love CWC. The one I go to is in the Columbia/Fulton area, and they've been fantastic so far. I highly recommend!

    I've been at Charles St OBGYN with Dr. Ottenritter for my first pregnancy and have had a great experience so far. Only draw back has been a long wait time, but he is worth the wait and takes as much time with you as you need.

    My ob/gyn is Deborah Hebb at GBMC. I love her!

    Love Jeanette Wolff, CNM on west From CWC. Difficult to get office staff on the phone but they'll usually call you back if you leave a message. Not so receptive on patient portal though.
