In a nut shell, I am currently unhappy with my OBGYN after my ectopic pregnancy. At my last exam 2 weeks ago, which was like 5 months after my loss, I told him I was pretty sure I wasn't ovulating ever since I took methotrexate and that I was very concerned. He kinda blew off my claim and that was it, just shuffled me out of there to get to the next patient. Not to mention I really was unhappy with the way the hospital in my area treated me during my loss and I started thinking about if I ever got pregnant again how much I don't want to go back there. I have found a new doctor who is about 45 minutes away in PA and I was wondering if any of you travel that far?

I hope if you make the decision to change that you like the new one better!
I will most likely end up traveling 2 hours. I was treated like shit at the hospital I went to when we first got here and REFUSE to go there again! So really the best option is 2 hours away. Small town problems

I'm currently 'living' in 2 states, one of which is my 'home' and the other where I work for the next year and a half. I've had the same obgyn since I was 17 and think she's amazing...so I go see her for my annuals / D&C.
Since moving here though, and she's very aware of long long we've been TTC and having issues, she advised that if I get KU, to find another obgyn here for regular check ups and then accidentally "be on vacation" in my home state when I'm close to delivering, so that she could still deliver my baby. I know this sounds insane, but I'm just so comfortable with her and am willing to drive...

My Ovulation Chart
I should be but im not. Prior to my ectopic I knew exactly when I was ovulating. I had heavy CM, spotting and cramping. Then after I lost my pregnancy I haven't had any of that. Its like, I just know something is wrong.
Followup to my post. Turns out after reading reviews, the doc that was 45 min away I thought was good isn't so good after all. I feel frustrated. I had bloodwork done almost 3 weeks ago and my current doctor never even called me to tell me if everything was ok. Even if it was, I still should get a damn phonecall! I think I am going to go see my old OBGYN who is 2 hours away who I had my whole life in the mean time to just to talk to her. Hopefully I can find someone else who is closer. Its a shame because the hospital now is 5 min from my house. They just treated me so poorly when I lost my pregnancy. I didn't want sympathy or a pity party, but the way they talked to me you would have thought I was there for like a splinter in my foot. Sorry for the rant, its just really stressing me out to be going through this on top of having trouble TTC.
