LO has been up multiple times the last two nights so DH and I are not getting enough sleep. We are back to our pre-sleep training sleep deprived state. Ugh!
How does everyone stay alert at work during sleepless nights?
We are in the same boat except it has been going on for over a month now. G has been waking anywhere from 1-3 times a night and then some days, like today, he will be up for the day at 3:30 nothing I do will make him go back to sleep. He has always been a STTN kid but now, I'm not sure what has changed. I'm just hoping and praying he goes back to normal soon.
We're right there with you! I have been living on coffee and water. No other drinks are even on my radar. We're sleep training again. Last night, even though he was up twice, he was only up for a couple minutes crying and then went back to sleep.
Although I am not happy others are awake so often it is nice to know I am not alone. I have no good advice because I have no idea how to make it stop. (other than wait it out)
A was never a great sleeper but she is so much worse lately. And since she was sick recently she refuses to sleep if I am not holding her or touching her in some way. We are slowly getting her over this.
I don't drink coffee but I might start. I have been using chocolate and sweets but it is obviously not helping my diet.
Thanks all! Drinking coffee and tea most of the day. She's never been a good sleeper and after a couple weeks of sleep training was getting slightly better until just recently (3teeth popping).
