Did your baby make it in time for the holidays? Did you have professional holiday-themed pictures taken or did you have a DIY photo session? Want to share? I did the below DIY photo - so easy and I used my phone camera. Hardwood floor for background (sorry baby), some lights, a stocking, a bow… and about 50 outtakes 
Edit to add - for boys, put a candy cane in their hand!

Same med protocol as last time, but heparin continued until delivery.

Carters has a lot. Same with kohls but it's carters brand. Maybe they are sold out? I got a 0-3 months, 12-24 mos and 4t (2 piece not footed) all in the same pattern back in early November from kohls (carters brand). Seeing that your dd is still a toddler, it should be fairly easy to finding matching pjs. I had a hard time finding the 4t.
