Yum: Baking fresh bread!

I just finished the dough -- now it has to rise for 2 hrs, then another hour before I can actually bake it - but it smells good already! Yum!

I make most of our bread and love fresh baked bread!

When you bake it, put a bowl of water in the oven; it will keep it from drying out. Then brush the top with butter when it's hot. YUM!
