Since I'm hungry and food always seems to be a popular topic around here what are some of the special things you either had for Christmas breakfast as a kid or make now?

I have nothing to add but I'm looking for some kind of easy yummy casserole to make this year so would love any suggestions!
I plan on starting this tradition now that we have LO. I think I'm going to make some kind of monkey bread or this cinnamon roll dish that I have seen on pinterest. Then I'll prob also make eggs and bacon or sausage to go with it.
DH and I will be the only ones eating this year so I guess it really doesn't matter but, whatevs.

If I had to choose one, I would go for the cheese Danish. I made these both (and have several times since) for DD's first birthday party since we did a brunch. A friend called me a few weeks ago to get the recipe for the cheese Danish. She remembered having at the party over a year ago. It's that good
