Super thirsty during the night hours

in 1st Trimester
i am in my 11 th week...I wake up 3-4 times at night because of this wierd thirsty feeling.. My mouth feels very dry and I feel the need of drinking a lot of water.. It never happens during the day time..
Is this indicating I am dehydrated ?

    Just drink all the water you can. Water is good for you anyways. It's normal. I drink lots water everyday.

    You're not drinking enough water during the day. You may think you are but if I am super thirsty at night I know I didn't drink enough that day.

    Yeah drink more during the day, that will probably help. I don't get super thirsty at night, just HOT as all hell, all that extra blood volume.

    Drink more during the day!  I have the opposite problem - I'm putting in a nightlight because I'm getting up so many times to go and each time I damn near kill myself from walking into things.

    It's the same for me, I'm just so thirsty 24/7. Everywhere I go I have water or juice with me. A few of my friends and family say that could mean diabetes, but I got tested for gestational diabetes and, no. It could be our bodies way of making sure we stay hydrated.

    I have had a similar issue but only in the evenings/night. I don't usually drink a lot during the day or at work, but in the evenings I can't get enough. My OB just said to listen to you body. It knows more than you think. ;)

    Do you think you could have gestational diabetes? I had that too but had GD.

    I'm with ya, girl. I've just been lugging around one of those huge SBUX tumblers full of ice water. And I've got a wicked cold so I'm mouth breathing at night which isn't helping with the cotton mouth.
