My kid would have to actually use a vacuum for this scenario to seem plausible but it would stop and I would have to get the sock out.

Yikes! I vaccuumed up a toddler sock a few weeks ago through an attachment hose. The vaccuumed stopped working temporarily until the sock flew into the canister. Luckily there was no further damage, minus the yucky sock.

Noooooooo!!! What kind of vacuum do you have? I sucked a sock up in my dyson (sp? Too lazy to google) and it just stopped working and easily came out. Now I'm scared there are more socks in there lol.

Great. Now I will worry in 12 years when I leave Addie home by herself to run errands or something and ask her to vacuum while I'm gone....
