Quick update from my latest monitoring apt (XP on my other check ins):
For me, the most amazing update at this point is that we saw TEN follicles this morning (two are tiny but they are there). That's two more than ever seen before. I seriously chalk this up to all the ISTWE supplements. I know we have a long way to go in growth and maturity, but two more follies gives me hope for the future.
I'll continue to update here on my follie progression. This update is after having about 10 weeks of DHEA & CoQ10 under my belt (I already had months of the other recommended supplements under my belt).
I did change protocols to EPP (which no doubt made a difference), but I am convinced the DHEA and CoQ10 made all the difference with my follicle count and better egg quality thus far. Also, FWIW DH got on board with the sperm quality chapter and lowered alcohol intake and took CoQ10. I'd like to think that improved our fert rate too (I know I'm preaching now).
IfMamaAintHappy that is a really remarkable improvement! I so happy for your five biopsied embryos! I can't get my DH to read the book, I'm impressed and jealous that yours made some of the changes. Between you and @justone13 I'm feeling really good about my chances when I finally do another IVF cycle.
IVF #4 No suppression/Antagonist Nov 2014/Converted to IUI #1 = BFN IVF #4.1 Feb 2015 = cancelled IVF #4.2 April 2015 - Lupron Stop Protocol with ICSI = PGD testing of embryo indicated it was abnormal IVF #5 June 2015 EPP with Antagonist
Awesome, @IfMamaAintHappy! I have a question for you. Did you make the dietary changes suggested too?
I have eliminated BPA and pthalates, DH and I are both taking CoQ10 (which based on my situation is I think the only advisable supplement), but I am sucking so far at the dietary stuff. I can do it during a week when I have some time to plan, but this week we got back into town late Sunday night and we have been eating crap all week. Anyone have suggestions or inspiration?
@IfMamaAintHappy that's fantastic! What a huge change from one cycle to the next!
@KM721 -- I was so good the first two weeks after reading the book and now I've been having trouble... Cheeseburgers are my life! Once Christmas is over i'll definitely get back into it! As for tips-- I've got nothing! We just need to prep, that's the key!
@KM721 I'm a vegetarian too so it makes it hard to find recipes that don't have soy in them or canned foods. I feel your pain. All I can say is planning helps. Take the week off and get back on the wagon after Christmas!

FET #1 April 23, 2015: 1 PGS tested embryo transferred - BFN
FET #2 June 30, 2015: 1 PGS tested embryo transferred- BFP!!
Update after my 2nd IVF cycle and going on 14 weeks of ISWTE supplementation:
I'll compare my two cycles for you:
1st IVF: only 8 follicles seen, 5 ER/ 3M/ 2F/0 blasts (this after only 5.5 weeks of supplementation because I read ISWTE too late)
2nd IVF: 13 follicles seen!, 10R/ 6M/ 6F/5 blasts! (solid faithful 14 weeks of supplementation)
