Hey ladies. I am needing some advice.
This cycle was a bust and ended with a BFN. This is NOT a "could I possibly be pregnant post" at all.
I am 20 days past O (confirmed with bloodwork) and on CD35 (counted CD1 as the first day I started Femera since no actual AF).
I called my RE today and told then about the BFN and no AF, they said that they would not even consider giving anything to induce AF until Friday at the earliest and then it still wouldn't be a definite since I have a history of a blood clot and it would be risky. She said no testing can be done at all until AF arrives. I told her that I haven't had AF in over three years and she agreed that it was unlikely that I would have AF on my own at all.
I do not know what to do. Is this common to wait this long for AF? Any natural ways to make AF come? I am by no means super knowlegable about all of this but from what my doctor told me and what I have researched it is extremely rare to ovulate and not have a period. I am so confused about all of this. I would appreciate any info and advice!

I had very light spotting at CD 26 and 27. Not even enough for a liner (sorry if TMI) but that is all that I have had. No PMS symptoms of any kind.

Official diagnosis: Unexplained IF. I am 32. I have low ovarian reserve (low AMH), and poor egg quality. I've also been diagnosed with mild glandular developmental arrest (lining problems, detected with EFT).
We are using open ID donor sperm. IUIs #1-7=BFN. IVF September 2014 antagonist protocol, 8R,5M,3F, 5 day transfer of 1 morula = BFN. IVF#2 planned for January 2015 (antagonist protocol + HGH).

I called the office today because I still have not had a period. I am on cycle day 35 (counting day one as the first day I took Femera), 20 days past ovulation and no sign of a period and home pregnancy test were and are still negative. The nurse did call me back and told me that I needed to wait until Friday and see if it would come before she would bother you with my questions. If it still didn't show up that she would consider asking you and decide what to do since I have a history of blood clots. I am very concerned about what is causing me not to have a cycle as we confirmed ovulation with blood work. Please let me know what you would like for me to do.

Well it was definitely the longest I have ever waited before. 1.5 hours before I even saw the doctor. But the good news is that there was no cyst at all. From what the ultrasound showed and labwork (low estrogen and low progesterone) they think the itty bitty bit of spotting I had was all that I was going to have as far as AF goes. They said from labwork and ultrasound is seems like I did have AF just by no means a real flow like the doctor told me to expect. He said maybe with my lining being so thin and my hormones being out of whack that was "normal" for me. Who knows?! But the plan is for me to have a HSG tomorrow to make sure the fluid in my uterus they saw last month is nothing more than my hormones and "not normal" body. Then start another Femera cycle tomorrow if HSG looks okay (Dr is contemplating upping my dose to 5mg instead of 2.5 which I am pushing for). I will be on a cruise Dec 31-Jan 5 but they said that it most likely wouldn't cause any issues if I follow the same time schedule as last time. It would just means lots of BD on the cruise but that's a given anyhow
