Best Nipples for rice/formula combo?

LO spits up a ton and is on medication for reflux. Pedi instructed us to put rice cereal in his bottles but they clog. I got a faster flowing nipple and we still have the same problem. Any suggestions on what brand/type to use?

    I think its avent bottles ..they make nipples with "Y" shape for this purpose

    Dr brown has a Y shaped nipple, but I hear the flow is fast. We had to do a Dr brown level 4 with oatmeal, although it's a lot thicker than rice, I would suggest probably a level 3 with rice.

    Level 3 didn't work for me. Had to get level 4. Also have the Y but he's not ready for it yet.

    You can actually purchase an added rice formula. That is what we used and it cleared the problem right up. We used Dr. Browns bottles and never had any trouble with it.

    Dr browns has a Y and you might have better luck switching to. Wide neck Dr B as well.

    lo goes to feeding therapy and she said a level 2 can handle .5 teaspoon per ounce of a standard cut.

    As pp mentioned.. AR cereals have it added in. My lo takes soy so we mix it in.
