thirsty and peeing at night

Been sleeping between 10 to 14 hours a night but waking up in a few times in the middle of the night, needing to pee and feeling so thirsty... tend to finish 1 to 1.5 cups of water throughout the night. Been like this since week 6! Still so tired and sometimes dizzy waking up in the morning: (
Anyone else going through the same?

Just for future reference, this would be a good fit for the symptoms thread!

Not so much the thirstiness, but the peeing. I used to pride myself on how I alway slept through the night and never had to pee in the middle of the night. Now I'm lucky if I only have to get up once!

  • Me. I'm thirsty all day, so I drink a bunch of water. But then I end up peeing eleventy billion times a day/night as a result. Really screwing with my sleeping at this point because I'm blessed with insomnia as it is, so I have a really hard time falling back asleep. Even more so since I'm pregnant and can no longer take my sleeping pill. Needless to say I am incredibly exhausted all day long. No dizziness, though.

  • I usually try not to say this because I think it can be annoying, but, You Ain't Seen Nothing Yet!  Just wait until you are getting up every 2 hours and when you sit down to pee it's like 5 drops.  All you can think is, I got up for that?!  But 2 hours later you are right back.

  • I'm always thirsty and as PP said, it's only going to get worse with waking up in the middle of the night to pee.

But I'm jealous of your ability to sleep even 10 hours a day!!
