What's after follistim?

newstoday that two months of follistim didn't really do much. Wife has also been on femara at the same time. So what's next? Are there other drug options. Diagnosis is lsh/fsh ratio imbalancr and low estrogen has lead to no follicle grow. Follistim (75) created many small follicles but none big enough to trigger.

    Doctor never diagnosed as pcos. Only had first cycle last month with help of high estrogen bc pills.

    I'll also work on real intro and changing name once the full site allows me to log in. Only mobile app working currently.

    This time it was one day on, one day off, one day on, three days off, two days on. So 5 times over 9 days starting on cd5. We're meeting with the dr Friday. If really love to go in with questions and something more than s blank stare.

    Also. Still trying to let knot let me change name. May have to just delete account and start over.

    Welcome, Andy. I agree with @lemonliz‌ that perhaps you should try more consistent and/or higher doses. Just for reference, I'm currently on my 18th day of Follistim. I take it every day and my RE has gradually increased my dose from 42iu, now at 100iu each day. Good luck, and don't be afraid to ask what other options you have.

    Hi!

    YW could do an all-injects daily cycle, and with higher doses if needed.

    Sometimes it takes a couple tries to find a protocol that works. :)
