This. And possibly a bra extender.

Yep, this. There's nothing else you really can do. You're stretching, and nothing will prevent that.
  • I have this problem all the time. I have found that the Vaseline spray lotion works for me.
  • I have the same problem!! But I've found some things that help! Lotion is just not enough. I use Mary Kay night cream. It's not recommended for this but it's filled with vitamins and helps healing etc. I put it on before lotion. It's amazing. They itch so much less when I use it morning and night. Also recently I got some motherlove nipple cream since those puppies are getting so dry (already) and a little crackly... So I just started using that too. It seems to help. Definitely provides temporary relief that I can tell so far!

I use Mary Kay extra emollient night cream on everything! That stuff is seriously magical! My nips have been really dry lately and if I use that a couple times a week it helps! It's also good for dry lips, dry feet, diaper rashes, making a sugar scrub for your hands, and pretty much anything else that needs moisture (maybe not EVERYTHING, but most things). ;)
And no, I don't sell Mary Kay. Haha!
  • I have alternated using baby oil with shea and cocoa butter, Eucerin, and Gold Bond healing lotion. All seem to give relief to my itchy, stretching skin (boobs and belly). But the boob itching is just awful. Plus, I have found wearing my nursing/maternity bras w/o underwire help since I think all my normal underwire bras are too small now, and the maternity/nursing bras have nice stretch to them.
