Washing AIOs

Hi. After all the reading I've done about cloth I feel like I should know this, but I'm unsure. We diaper with cotton prefolds and a few fitteds. I'm thinking about picking up some AIOs for babysitters when I go back to work. I use Tide to wash right now, but I wasn't sure how this would work with synthetics that are in the AIOs. I really don't want to have to separate diapers and do two wash routines. Any tips would be helpful!
