Ok, good, because I'm going to.
I usually wake up (and, thus, take my temp) at 5:45. This morning, the motherfucking dog woke me up at 5:15. I was afraid I might not be able to fall asleep again, so I took my temp and it was 96.8. Then, I did fall back to sleep, so I took it again when my alarm went off and it was much higher (97.6). FF tells me to use the one from my normal wake-up time. That one makes my chart start to look triphasic, which I wouldn't mind, obviously. But am I giving myself false hope by relying on that high temp?
If it isn't obvious, I might be a little too invested in my chart.
K, thanks!

Re: Can I ask a temping question here?
Phone I don't think. I'll try though.
I went back to sleep without really moving and fell into a surprisingly deep sleep. Usually it takes me forever to fall back to sleep if I even can.
I agree with eeeeeeveryone else.
