Twice a week. Unless I'm doing a lot of running, then it's much more often. But since I've been sick for the last 2 months, and thus not running, I definitely don't have the incentive to shower that I used to.
Showering has always seemed like a chore to me. It's never been something I have enjoyed doing. I am in and out in about 10 minutes unless I'm shaving, then it's about 20 minutes. I'm not one to just stand there and enjoy my shower. That being said, since I'm not doing a ton of physical activity I'll shower about every other day. If I go any longer than that my hair starts looking nasty and I can't stand it.
I shower when I feel like I need a shower. I read somewhere how bad frequent washing is bad for your skin. I've noticed a huge improvement since cutting back.
Ah... See I figured if anyone was feeling less than daisy fresh there's always the spot wash rather than the whole shower routine.
We pop in the shower right before if we're planning on that. Even though DH showers every morning, I've apparently gotten picky about smells in my old age to where he knows he needs freshly cleaned junk to get any oral action.
Hm, I picked SS because I shower pretty much every day I go into the office. I work from home on Fridays so between Friday and Sunday I don't shower every day. There's one thrown in there but not every day :-p
