I don't think how big you are really makes a difference. I know some people who barely looked pregnant at 9 months and had nice 7-8 lb babies. I also know of some ladies who seemed 'huge' who had 5-6 lb babies. It just all depends. Don't let it get to you :-)
There was a girl in my Bradley class who didn't even look pregnant when she was full term. I'd never seen anything like it. Plus her L&D only lasted 45 minutes. We all hated her!
Everyone was shocked at the fact that I had an 8 lb baby based on how big I was ....and she was 8 days early! Don't worry about how big you are supposed to be. If the doctor isn't worried, you shouldn't be either.

I have a coworker who said (when I gave him his Christmas card) who's Hamlet? (That was the nn we're using for the baby.) I said... "The baby."
HE goes: OMG! You're having a baby! I was 25 weeks pg, and he couldn't tell. Maybe he just thought I was fat.
