Tuesday Tiddlywinks

I just wanted to say tiddlywinks. 

Hope everyone is having a good morning so far. What's on the agenda today?

My boss just tried to filter an excel list for 20 minutes... it took me 20 seconds to help her when she finally asked for help. My major frustration with her and my job is how far behind she is on technology. She does not adapt well to upgrades/updates and she spins her wheels doing a lot of nothing when she should be/could be reviewing and signing off on my work. Siiiiiigh. 

I went ahead and started LO on the antibiotics the doc gave me. I developed a sore throat yesterday and I assume that's what the doc was seeing on LO. So if he feels how I feel.. it's shitty. I don't want him to feel bad, but I wouldn't have even known he was sick if not for the eye goop. I still partly think that antibiotics are overkill, but I have them and want him to feel better. So fingers crossed we don't have a bad reaction to them as far as upset tummies go.

    @sunshin41‌ does e take a bottle? They make medicine cups with a nipple on the end . maybe that would help? Sorry you're having a rough time.

His DC teacher told me he goes to their Literacy Corner and does it there about once a day lately.
    15 minutes of sitting still SOUNDS AMAZING. How cute!

    I got my mom a Pandora bracelet with charms for me, my LO, my sister, and my dad.
    I got my MIL some Sorel boots for her to wear in Colorado this winter.

    It was a kid specific place, with the damn car chairs and everything.  I did still pay, but only because I had paid beforehand because Claire had already finished.  I nearly screamed, "you cut him" and the guy was all like "I did?, Huh."  and I was like um we're done.  Give me my kid.  Then the guy ran and hid in the back while I talked to the manager.  It wasn't so much that it happened, accidents happen I get it but his reaction really pissed me off.  He did not get a tip but the lady that cut Claire's hair did.

    Poor Max!  I'm glad he was okay!

    Oh wow. I had to do this with my dog when we were moving and thought there was a possibility that the dog might have gotten some mouse bait, but the vet did it and kept him while he puked. So. Much. Puke.

    Are you just keeping him outside?

    Thanks for the suggestion @Dapostrophe‌ but don't think that would work. The newel post is a big fat one, which we spent a good amount on since we liked it better than the little ones.

    I think it will look ok and then it's only 3 holes to patch and paint in the future so really I just need to do it already
