Winding/burping

are we still doing this? It used to be the norm to burp lo after a night bottle or he wouldn't settle but now it seems if anything I'm just waking him by doing it, most nights he's going straight down, probably full of wind !

My LO burps if she wants to. If she doesn't, we don't worry anymore.

I don't burp her anymore, I never needed to at night and during the day she doesn't like to get burped anymore

I still burp during the day, but if LO passes out while having a bottle I don't worry about it.

I don't burp at night and I don't spend a lot of time during the day, but I do find myself part his back after he's done, mostly out of habit.

I pat out of habit too. He usually will burn on his own when I move him to a different position, though.

I still burp him sometimes but he usually does it on his own. I don't worry about it if he falls asleep, if anything I will just lightly bounce him on the way to bed.
