We've been working on baby #1 since July 2013 using Open ID donor sperm. 8 IUI attempts with 5 actual IUIs and one chemical pregnancy. We have one fresh IVF cycle under our belts as well as a FET. I have endometriosis and a uterine septum that was corrected via surgery in November 2013.
11/14/14 - Second HSG shows that tubes are still clear and ute is looking good.
12/6/14 - Started BCPs in prep for IVF #2
12/22/14 - Saline u/s and endometrial scratch (All was clear and OUCH!)
1/2/15 - Began stimming for IVF #2

We are Mommas to four fur babies - 3 dogs and 1 cat.
I can't believe this day is finally here!!!! G was 10 days past his due date. We tried to look at every one of those days as a "Bonus day" (it was really hard to do), where we did something we wouldn't be able to do were he here already. We went out to breakfast, we did some leisurly shopping, went to a movie, SLEPT ... all that fun stuff.
That being said, I selfishly can't wait for her to get here like now!!!

We live in Seattle and used SRM for our donor egg IVF cycle
I find it so funny that we (meaning soon to be parents) spend 9 months praying for that baby to stay put and then when we near their due date, we're like just come out already!
I couldn't agree more with @2mamazSeattle. There is so much anticipation with having a baby and it is so hard to enjoy these final days being a famliy of two, but do try and soak up every last min of this special time with @firstcomeslove.

IVF#1 cycle started 4/2/14. 5/1: 19 eggs retrieved, 8 matured, ICSI'd. 4 fertilized. Only 2 to transfer/freeze stage. 5/6: Two embryos transferred. 5/15: Beta #1 9dp5dt is 134! BFP! 5/19: Beta #2 13dp5dt is 672! B'erFP! 5/21: Beta #3 15dp5dt is 1853. Yay!

I feel like I maybe need some serious relaxation for things to start taking their course. I have had some serious frustration with my family surrounding Hayden's arrival and I feel like I need to have a bit of an emotional cleansing. If that helps move things along, then great!
I have also started induction acupuncture... And have been consistently walking and sitting on the birth ball.
If there is no progress by Friday we will go for an ultrasound and a stress (or non-stress) test.
Hayden's final day in the belly will be the 26th... Which is only because they don't schedule inductions on Christmas Eve or Christmas... We hope it does not come to that, but if that is our journey we will be grateful for a healthy babe and the love and support of our communities and families!
