AW: Ultrasound

Today I had my nuchal screening ultrasound. All looks great! 11 weeks 4 days. Took all my power to not burst into tears seeing my little baby moving around like crazy. To all the mums out there waiting for their first ultrasound, it is so worth it! First time mum so its super awesome seeing this little miracle having a disco dance inside me! Just wanted to share my awesome news with all you awesome ladies :)

Have attached photo (u/s technician gave me a disc with lots of photos so tried to choose the best one)

    So exciting! Congratulations! I teared up hearing the doppler heartbeat yesterday so I can only imagine what condition I'll be in at my first ultrasound in February (!).

     Me: 35, He: 41. Baby #1!

    I'm yet to hear the HB! We don't hear it in U/S over here ): But from 12 weeks onwards each appointment with the midwife they use a doppler so next appointment with her (end of month) I'll get to hear it. No doubt I won't be able to hold in the tears!

    Very cool! I have an apt this Thursday and I'll be 10 weeks 4 days. My last us was at 6 weeks 2 days and the baby looked like a little smudge on the screen so I cannot wait to see how much the little peanut grew over the last month!
