Letrozole & triglycerides

Ladies, has anyone seen their triglyceride levels jump after several months on letrozole? I went from 148 this June (normal, tested by RE) to 190 ( borderline high) at my pcp physical. I'm floored - has anyone else seen this? I'm scouring the internet & uncovering that this may be a side effect.
Me (33), PCOS. Bloodwork normal, AMH slightly high, HSG clear 
DH (40) SA good 
Trying since 1/2012, RE 6/2014 
Letrozole & TI June 2014-September 2014 -BFN
October 2014 - IUI #1, lertozole - BFN
November 2014 - IUI cancelled due to holiday, TI & Lertozole - BFN
December 2014 - TI 
January 2015 - IUI #2 - ?

    The rest was ok - hdl was 41 (on the lower side) but that has been like that for ~ 4 years. It shocked me because I actually lost a few pounds (3?)..not amazing, but not like I had a significant gain or had been eating croissants every morning.
