  Resolutions and Goals: My #1 goal is to have another baby. Failing that, I hope to find some peace in being a family of three. I am also resolving to finish my grad school applications, to find something positive and to make some time for myself every day.

  CD 10 of natural cycle. Going to schedule hysteroscopy to remove uterine polyp in Jan. Will start bcps next CD1 for this procedure. I know it is done all the time but it seems so counterproductive to me to start the bcp.

  CD 11. Follow up appt with RE scheduled for 1/5. Going to call practice this week to try to get a Feb FET plan.

  Cycle Status: CD 4.  Meeting with RE on Wednesday to discuss IVF with PGD.  I'm going to ask for a HSG for sure since I've had some weird spotting throughout my cycles lately.  I'm also going to ask his opinion on one cycle of Femara to try and make a stronger O and then progesterone supplementation but I'm not sure if that will help for our case, just figure I have to ask since everything is totally OOP.
  
  QOTW: My New Years resolution last year was to have a baby and that failed miserably so this year I just want to try and find peace with our TTC journey, no matter where it leads.

  After O of last break/natural cycle before we try IUI.
  
  Goals: Remodel the 2nd very dated bathroom so we can sell this place and get into our forever house. We said we would be here for maybe 5 years. December 31st will mark 8 years.
  
  I'd like to get back to the envelope system for our money this year. Groceries, fun money, restaurant money, etc. I feel like we did really well on that and as soon as we got ahead, we gave it up and went back to old habits (except I rarely pick up coffee and a bagel for breakfast anymore, so I guess I picked up a good habit from it).
  
  And of course, a baby. Everything else is negotiable, Santa.

I am resolving to just live life in the present. 3+ years was long enough to spend obsessing on giving my kid a sibling.   My goal is to find balance. Between two jobs (three is TTC counts and I feel like it should), I want to make more time or things that after like friends and family and deepen relationships. And to save enough money for adoption if that's where our journey takes us.
  
  Oh and CD 18. Actually O'd on day 13 this month naturally! Boohyah!!

  Transferred 3 blasts yesterday.  The only one advanced enough to grade was a 3BB, so I wasn't feeling that optimistic, but the RE swears they look great and did modify the original plan (to transfer 4 because I'm so oooooooolllllld) accordingly.  I'm also waiting to hear back about whether they can freeze any of the other embryos...
  
  If I don't have a baby this year, my goal is to finally lose the "baby weight" I put on with DD.  I seriously weigh the same now as I did the week before I delivered her.  Not acceptable.
  
  I'd prefer to just go ahead and have the baby, though.

  Hi guys! I have been MIA because work sucks. 

  
  

  Status: 10 days post Estrogen/Progesterone. STill nothing. I call my Doc on Friday. Seriously, not even a spot of blood. I hold my breath everytime I wipe. This is ridiculous. 

  
  

  QOTW: Find some peace with myself. This was a bad year. I have been beat up at work. Beat up with this IF crap, injuries requiring a lack of movement making me gain weight. I just am in a bad place with everything right now. My job is ending on 12/31 and I have been active the past couple weeks. So my 'resolution' is to just keep moving and do it better.

  This.  I need to figure out how to get there.  I feel like I have lost so much of my DD's childhood because I have been so preoccupied with having another.  I also am going to start running again.  I keep finding excuses like not wanting to start in the TWW and then being too depressed to start when CD1 comes.

  Cycle Status:  I am on BCPs in preparation of an FET in January (although it looks like transfer will actually be in February).

  IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132.  Lil is here!

  IVF #4:  BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN

  CD 7.  This cycle is au naturale.  We may be done.  I really don't want to throw in the towel, but at the same time there is no reason to just hand our money over to the RE when there are no different options available and the treatments we have been doing were not successful.  

  
  

  My hope is the same as it has been for the last 3 years...  to provide a sibling to my DS.  My second hope/dream/resolution is to accept the things I cannot change.  I need to find a way of accepting that we will be a family of 3 and DS will be an only child.

  September 2014: FSH= 15.7 AMH= 0.25  UGH!!!  Old lady Ovaries!!!

  October & November 2014: Gonadatropin injections, HCG & IUI... BFNs!!

  CD 3. No IUI this cycle. Apparently it's a no-no to cycle on Christmas. No biggie, more booze on NYE. Resolution: I need to calm down more and not stress about a sibling. If I were happy with my body it would be a different story but I'm not. I'm at the point now where I'm debating in saving for a fresh cycle or a tummy tuck. Hard choices ahead...

  I'm on Cycle #31, CD2. Heading to my new RE on the 29th for another ultrasound to check lining and cysts, reviewing blook work and to discuss a new plan of action. EH's testosterone has gone up some with treatments. Still need it to go up more ideally. We are looking at at least 90 days for our approved foster/adoption licensure to be completed. We're trying to enjoy the holidays for now. I want to love this time of year again!
  
  QOTW: Working to make my family bond stronger. Letting my DD follow her dream of taking both dance and cheer even if I go insane, haha! Going on more dates with my hubby, cuddling with my pups more and talking better care of myself in all ways! I also would love to have a baby, of course!
