Hi ladies! Welcome to our new bi-weekly on Monday check-in. Please, only bump this week-in for the first week. If you have any updates, consider posting them on the main board so everyone can support you. I’m always here so feel free to PM me if we are in an off-week.

I’m sorry, but I’ve got a stomach bug today, so I’m posting this with no personal messages. I hope you can all forgive me! I will be back to check in with all of you lovely ladies later.

This is a Bi-weekly check-in for women who have suffered the loss of an angel with an EDD in June, no matter what the year. You are welcome to join us, just post an intro including your EDD and the information below:

Currently in the TWW. I am hopeful this cycle and it makes me nervous! I am trying my best to wait until this weekend to POAS but I don't know if I have enough self control!

@rmpar 29 - Thanks for the check in! I'm sorry you are feeling so yucky and hope you start to feel better soon.

@agpjt413- Congrats on burning the bench! My DH has random trips for work sometimes too. It's a shame we can't schedule them, haha.

@KellyBenelly83- Congratulations on your good news! Also, sounds like you have found yourself a great doctor. That always make things a little easier

Well so much for my DH and I waiting until January to start TTC again. We just couldn't help ourselves I guess. I use the app Ovia Fertility on my phone and did the first time we got a BFP. I haven't starting temping and charting so we will see what happens but I think we HIO a couple times in my fertile window. I'm debating between just using the OPKs for a little bit or if I want to go ahead and jump into the world of fertility friend. We shall see! Hope everyone has a good week!

@rmpar29, I hope you feel better really soon. There has been a widespread stomach bug in my area, and I'm bracing myself for when it inevitably hits my household. Stomach bugs are just awful. FX that yours is short lived!

@rmpar29 - Feel better lady - sorry you're under the weather. That really bites.

AFM - I called the RE this am to see about switching docs. it's going to take a bit to get done which kinda bums me out, but I'm not going through IVF with a doc that DH calls Dr. $hithead... ya know?!?!? So, we'll see what happens. Hopefully I can get in sooner rather than later. In the meantime DH and I are going to try and work on us and getting into tip top shape to give ourselves the best chance we can if that makes sense.

I've got a bunch of meetings at work so this is a post and run.

@Kellybenelly83 FX Af shows soon. Glad to hear your appointment went so well.

@catvaughn5002 -- Waiting while benched sucks a lot but most of the time there is a valid reason why you were benched. I would be careful with moving to ttc if your dr recommended to wait x cycles. If you did get the all clear...then FX for good timing.

@MrsOscarFelix --- hi cycle buddy. I know the urge too well to POAS. Try to hold out until Saturday...even if it feels so far away. GL

@readinglove -- the what if game seriously sucks. I hope your dr can really answer your questions and set up a plan moving forward

@MrsG80inTN --- I think switching to a doctor that the both of you feel comfortable with is such a good idea. FX that you find an awesome DR in your area.

@CFearsy -- Sorry to hear the appointment was overwhelming. The good thing is you have two opinions that give you a few options. FX with timing!!!

AFM, I am in the 2WW. Optimistic about this cycle even though FF says we only have a "good" chance vs a "great" chance. I am currently dealing with a lot of stress of finals week as well. Next week I will be able to take a deep breath, hopefully.

We do have a plan if this cycle is a bust:
My bestfriend who clearly knows we are TTC and works at a pharmacy bought me a pregnancy kit. I shit you not, it's called "step 1: Make that baby" If this cycle is a bust I will be trying out that kit which includes a daily vitamin, a mucolytic vitamin, and some bath oil. I have also contacted clearblue about my monitor not showing peak for three cycles even though everything else has. They are sending me a card so I can download my information and they can examine what is going on. So overall, can't wait to POAS. The end...lol

@kittymeowbark Good luck with the pregnancy kit! That is interesting. I have never heard of one of those before. Also, we weren't benched by a doctor just benched ourselves and decided we were emotionally ready sooner than we thought. FX for both of us.

@CFearsy - Sounds like you received a lot of helpful information even though it can be overwhelming. Good luck this cycle

@readinglove- Good luck at your appointment this week. Keep us updated.

@MrsG80inTN - I agree in finding a doctor that both you and your DH enjoy working with. FX that happens soon!

Nothing much to report for me. I'm charting on FF for the first time this cycle, trying to see what I can learn about my cycle from that. I'm still benched until after my next AF. But that means I should be able to burn the bench around the end of this month!!! Lol

@agpjt413 - YAY for burning the bench! I'm sorry that your timing wasn't optimal this month. When do you expect to test?
@Kellybenelly83 - I'm so glad that your betas are finally negative and that your doc is confidant you will be able to conceive again. Sounds like a great appointment!
@MrsOscarFelix - Looks like good temps there lady! FX for you!
@catvaughn5002 - It's certainly an individual decision whether or not FF and temping are right for you. If you are pretty certain that you are Oing each month and have normal cycles trying just OPKs for a bit might work just fine for you. It would definitely give you a better idea of your timing.
@readinglove - Good luck at your appointment! I hope you get some answers. What day is it?
@MrsG80inTN - How are you doing honey? I'm so sorry that there's going to be a wait to get into the new RE. Do you have an appointment scheduled yet, or are you waiting to hear back. I can't believe that it would take that long to get in to a different doc at the same practice. How annoying! I share your DH's opinion though and I'm so glad your switching!
@CFearsy - Sounds like you had a good appointment and I'm sorry that it was overwhelming. Those first appointments always are. I liked Femara much better than Clomid. Do you have a plan for January?
@kittymeowbark - I'm glad that you have contacted ClearBlue about your monitor. Have you ever gotten a peak reading? I got everything crossed for you hon!
@jordangoodnight - I'm glad that you are charting. You can learn so much about your cycle and then you will be all ready to come off the bench!

AFM - Thanks ladies for understanding that I'm under the weather. I'm feeling a bit better, but still pretty yucky. I have a long, tough day at work tomorrow, so I hope a good night's sleep is in my future. I'm just hanging out in the TWW. It's hard to know if I should be optimistic or not since with being sick and awake at 12:30 AM I didn't bother taking my temp and my whole body hurts and I'm having cramps. Could be because I'm sick or because AF is on her way, or both. Blah!

@rmpar29‌ - I have. Only a bout three months ago did it start crapping itself. I went through all my sticks this cycle for no reason so I might not use the monitor next cycle. Only time will tell at this point.

AF came on friday and will be ending in the next day or so. I had mixed emotions about her coming but now I'm excited to begin this journey again.

@kittymeowbark - I hope that you get your monitor figured out soon. Those are definitely too expensive to be throwing sticks away if it's not working.

Intro!

we got a BFP October 14th with a EDD of June 22nd. I started spotting November 8th (HCG was 5100 3 days later U/S show empty sac) and then had light flow start on November 14th (HCG dropped to 3000, knew I was miscarrying and decided with GP to naturally MC) November 17 & 18 had heavy bleeding and on the 18th ended up in emerge HCG was 1500 and U/S showed retained tissue so I had a D&C. Spotted for 1 week post op, negative pregnancy test on December 1 (13 days post op) Then 2.5 weeks post op and almost 4 weeks (December 4) since spotting I got AF, at least that's what the surgeon and I think.

I had my post op appt yesterday and was told pathology was "normal" and to continue taking folic acid and start TTC when we are ready. We are definitely ready! I'll only check CM and use OPK's this cycle and will think about if I want to temp next cycle (if there is one)

Someone is eating a western sandwich in my office and it smells SO GOOD!!

@kingscross145 - Welcome to June Bugs! I'm very sorry for your loss. Congratulations on getting the all clear to TTC again. FX you won't even have to worry about temping. I am doing the same thing and just using OPKs to see how that goes for a few cycles. ((Hugs))

@readinglove- Good luck at your upcoming appointment! I hope everything goes smoothly and you are able to come up with a plan that works for you.

@CFearsy - Wow, that's going to be a hefty rental bill for the insurance company, but I'm sure you are enjoying it. I swear, insurance companies take so long to get anything done. I hope this nightmare is over for you soon, and that the jerk learned his lesson!

Hello everyone! I am new to the site as I a miscarriage that resulted in a dandc end of November. It has been 3 weeks since and no sign of period but I do believe I am starting to O which hopefully means period is to follow soon! Fingers crossed my cycles go back to the normal 27 days that I was! My EDD was June 25, 2015

**I have a beautiful 2.5 year old and this was my second pregnancy (that resulted in a loss).

@CutiesMommy420 - Welcome to the check-in. I'm sorry for your loss. Please make sure to put in a warning before mentioning any children. It's best to refrain from mentioning them at all if possible. I do hope that your cycles return to your "normal", but don't worry if they become a new "normal" too. Good luck!

@KatyF0813 - Many (((((HUGS))))) honey! That is so hard and I'm glad that you've been able to feel happy for her. CD21 is definitely not too late to get pregnant. What matters more is your LP after you O.

Hope you're feeling better @rmpar29‌ . Finally got AF on Tuesday- exactly 6 weeks from d&c! Honestly benching myself emotionally for 3 or 4 months now. Now that AF is here I'm just not ready.

Been lurking a lot the last few weeks, enjoy reading the posts, still not comfortable posting but just want to let you know I'm still here learning the feel. Hugs to all, especially today.

I'm way late to the check in again this week ( work has been insane). My only update is that my HCG was finally considered negative on the 10th. This means we're officially benched for 6 more months. As long as my HCG stays negative, we'll be good to start trying again in June!

@jones6863 - Yay for getting AF! Take all the time you need to emotionally heal. My DH and I did the same thing we were cleared right away but emotionally needed a cycle or two. ((Hugs)) back

I am about a week late on this but thank you for the check in @rmpar29. I hope that you are feeling better!

Last week I found out that I have PCOS. I started metformin (yesterday!) and hopefully that will make a difference next time around. From what I can tell over the last months, I do have semi-regular-ish cycles and I am ovulating so that's a good sign. We will be trying again soon since we got the all clear. Finally feel like I actually have some news to report. :-)
