Allergies & pregnancy

is anyone else struggling with allergies in first trimester? I've been taking benadryl, hot steamy showers & using a neti pot. Would love to get tips that worked for you!

    Yes! I've always struggled. My OB said it was ok to take Claritin, Claritin D, and Zyrtec. So I've stayed on my regular daily 24 hour Claritin dose. 

    That has been managing it ok, but I'm nervous for the spring. I keep meaning to get some saline nose spray and use that regularly to try and get a head start before they get bad.
