Cloth Diapering

question regarding Nicki's warranty

I bought a Planet Wise cover during the BF sales and today one of the closing snaps broke - no other damage visible to the cover. I've never dealt with warranty work on diapers. Would they replace the snap and return it to me or would I have to chose a different cover/refund?

    I think I've contacted the actual manufacturer, not the store. Thirsties just sent a new replacement, as did Bummis. Never dealt with PW.

  • If you email Nicki's they will forward you. I had an issue with PW before and they responded promptly, asked for a photo of the issue, then sent a replacement with a postage paid envelope to send the product back.

    For the record it was a wet bag and the stitching came apart on the first wash.

  • Nicki's will tell you to contact PW first.  PW has really good customer service.  I have had issues w/ 2 wet bags.  I emailed them pics and my receipt.  They sent me new ones w/ a label to mail the old ones back.
  • Well they are sending me one of the new prints with a return label to send the other one back. Not sure how I feel about it since I liked the old prints better.....but I do like the fit on ds2.......maybe I'll like the print more in person......or he'll just have to wear pants.... :)
