sea bands might help. you wear them on both wrists and they put pressure on a pressure point.
ginger candies, sucking on peppermints or sour candies like lemonheads... different things work at different times for different people. Also make sure you are getting enough protein. try eating peanut butter on crackers... might help

Call your doctor. they will give you a prescription if bad enough.
I find having something in my stomach at all times helps too.
