  Can't give a definite reason, but I know onesies are a no go at our DC once they move up into the 2 year old room.  Obviously anecdotal, but there's probably a drastic decrease in demand for onesies for toddlers which make them not worth producing.

  I have found toddler size gerber onesies on amazon up to 5T.

  I was wondering this same thing.  I like them for layering and for putting under DS's short sleeved shirts.
