favorite flats fold for squirmy baby

I have a lot of elementals, but have recently been saving those for daycare/dad and been using pad folded flats in my cool covers. But now that R is eating a few solids and teething, he's gone from once a week pooping to 1-2 times a day again. I'm thinking of just using a snappi with the flats to avoid having to change the cover all the time.

He is really really squirmy. So what's the easiest fold for this stage? He's really long and not too chunky if that helps.

Re: favorite flats fold for squirmy baby

  • I sometimes do a happy anteater fold and then tuck it into the flaps of my tuckable covers and use it like a pad folded flat - gives a little more cover coverage through the butt than a pad fold and just as easy to use.

  • Another vote for diaper bag fold.  I liked it b/c I didn't need to jelly roll the legs in.

I am also a rebel and trifold.  I get poo in the cover sometimes but it stays contained in the cover and doesn't come out.
  • Another vote for happy anteater. It's my favorite fold :-)
