Hi ladies! We have 4 kids so DH and I decided to save some money this year and only do stocking stuffers for each other. We have put a $50 limit on it. He is very creative so I know I'll get all sorts of cool things...but me not so much! Any ideas would be appreciated!
I always fill it with little things that he may need like lip balm, a little toy (usually the little Lego set they have for stockings or anything else silly I find), candy and then a nice bottle craft beer for him to enjoy at the end of the day.
I usually stuff it with candy. I also make his favorite cookies, and give a "gift certificate" for more cookies, and his favorite meal. This year his present was a shrimp cocktail ring, and case of beer. With all this I'm under $50. (I'm also a sap though so I write him a card just telling him how much I love him and appreciate him, and a few of my favorite/fun memories of the year.)
@JudyBlume14 if he's a PC gamer, I'm told you can get Steam gift cards. Much easier than trying to stay on top of what he wants but hasn't bought already, for my DH. Plus he can hold on to it until a sale and get 3 games for the regular price of one.
A chromecast is $25 and small. Great for a DH that loves watching stuff on his phone. My 4yr old loves watching the " Charlie bit my finger" youtube so it can be fun for everybody but useful to stream things to your tv in lieu of huddling round a phone.
Re: NBR: Stocking stuffers for DH
I think Pinterest has some good ideas too
