anyone ever experience DKA in the third tri?

I'm probably jumping out on a limb here, but wondering if anyone has ever experienced DKA in pregnancy. I was in L&D last weekend with DKA. They were able to regulate me and baby is fine but I worry about lasting effects or worst case what if it happens again. I'm 32 weeks. I've had a BPP and NST since my discharge and baby is doing fantastic. I just could never live with myself if something happened to him because of me. My DKA was caused by a pump malfunction, typically my A1C is under 6. Just hoping some other type 1 mommies could shed some light on this. I've gotten myself worried sick :(

    I did with my previous pregnancy, also due to a pump malfunction. My daughter was born a week later. She is just fine now. I am 34w with baby number 2 and am having preterm labor issues this time around as well, so who knows if her coming early was related to the dka, like we thought, or just coincidence? Good luck!
