White Noise -question

for anyone that uses white noise to calm LO, how long do you keep it on?

My LO has colicky behavior and once she's worked up, even after calming down she'll wake as soon as I put her down. Tonight I turned on white noise and then put her down and she STAYED asleep. Woohoo. So now do I turn it off or let it run all night?

Ours stays on all night because I can't sleep without it either!

I use a Sleep Sheep and it has a timer for 25 or 45 minutes. I was using 45 but recently switched it to 25 and it seems to be fine. I tend to put it on when he's dozy though and put it back on whenever I'm putting him back to sleep in the night.

Mine stays on all night and day lol. I usually foget to turn it off, but it makes it easy to put him down for naps as I usually forget to turn it on. He can sleep without it, but it helps him sleep just a bit longer
