Yay, Friday!

What are you ladies up to?

I get out a little early on Fridays, which is great. I'll just go home and chill. Then I have to take LO to a family party that I'm dreading.

Tomorrow, no plans at all!

Sunday, we will have my lateness watch LO and we are going to do boozy Christmas shopping together.

I took Monday off, and DH is off as well, so we are going to see Santa and Christmas lights.

How about you guys? Christmas is so close, for those who celebrate!

TGIF for sure this week! It feels like it was the longest week ever, and I was off on Monday!

Tonight, I'm going to one of my BFFs house after work to take her family's xmas pics. I am not a photographer by any means - she is the photog - she'll just be setting up the tripod and I push the button.

It will be nice to get out of the house and she did Stella's xmas pics for free, so I'm happy to do it.

Tomorrow, we are visiting my inlaws (boo) but someone might be coming to buy my old dining room table which would be awesome if it goes through... xmas just got really expensive because DH's family decided not to do a pollyanna this year and we just found this out two days ago, so I've got 7 more people to buy for...oye.

Sunday, baking cookies at my mom's during the day and football at night. We'll see if I can even make it to halftime since it's an 8:30pm game for us, haha.

This week was so long! We have no plans this weekend and I'm so excited! I'm hoping DD feels better, I would love to take her to go see Santa on Sunday or do the Santa train ride in our town. I also should probably finish up some Christmas shopping and bake some cookies.

DH was able to get Saturday night off (woohoo!) which I am super excited about because he usually works all weekend and we are going to his fire department xmas party that night. I was planning to bring LO, but DH got his sister to babysit so that we could have the night out. I'm looking foward to it, but I am a little sad to leave LO at home haha.

My best friend was supposed to sleep over and have brunch with us tomorrow and now she's canceling on me. I'm super disappointed and boarderline pissed off. Dh has a company party tonight so I guess I'm on my own. Tomorrow we'll have brunch anyway and then hang out. In the evening we are going to a local religious shrine that has 10 acres od Christmas light displays. C is finally getting it this year so she'll be wicked excited. Sunday is us relaxing.

Yay for Friday! We don't have much planned, which I'm happy about. I want to finish up all the Xmas shopping - just found out we need to get a present for my BIL's GF (and I have no ideas so that'll be fun). Other than that just hanging out with LO and the usual chores/errands.

@frenchchocolate611 DH had his Xmas party and SIL watched LO last Friday. It was nice to go out just the two of us but I sure missed that little guy and was happy to come home to him.

My company party is tonight. Our friend is watching LO so this is a new experience. She's a mom so no issue there. She'll be a new face for MJ so hopefully she doesn't get stranger danger like she has started to do.

Hubs has his big fancy military party tomorrow night. I love seeing him in his dress uniform with his chest full of ribbons but I am nowhere near confident or happy with how I look so part of me really doesn't want to go.

Sunday I have reserved for just lounging or maybe the zoo if the weather holds. Our zoo has 4 different babies born in the last month. Lions (1 white!), giraffe, aardvark, and now an orangutan

I have been wanting to make those cinnamon rolls! Glad to know they are good! I think I'll add them to my to-do list for the weekend. And yay for wine tasting for with no kids!

All these holiday parties! My company is so cheap and we will just have a small potluck next week after work. LO is getting her 6 month check up today and getting her shots. Last time she got a little temperature afterward so we have no plans for Saturday. Sunday we will go to church then Christmas shopping!!

@otter1103 we just went to the zoo the Saturday after Thanksgiving (it was that really warm, close to 60 degree, day!) The baby lions were hard to see because their mama was hiding them in the back, but the baby giraffe was super cute! I moby wrapped LO facing out so she could see... I kept asking my sister if she was looking at the animals. It was mostly just kid watching (she looooves kids because of daycare). The polar bear did catch her eye though... we got giggles and kicks anytime she caught a glimpse of him. I figured the aquarium (awesome since they redid it) would really catch her eye, but the poor little thing fell asleep before we got there. I feel like I burned a lot of calories walking with her up those hills strapped to my body though! Sore legs!

I'm hoping I can talk my H into going to this local coffee/chocolate shop that also has a wine bar with me and my babe later tonight.

Tomorrow we're going to a friend's for a game night.

Sunday I have to go to church because my babe is getting baptized next Sunday and I've never been to church at this parish :-/. I'm not religious...the baptism is mostly for my folks.

Tonight (Friday) was wine and tv.

DH wants to go to a movie Saturday. This weekend I need to get 5 loads of laundry put away, tons of cleaning, school work, 3 sewing projects for Christmas presents...DH has 0 interest in helping with any of that so in return he gets to watch LO most of the weekend.
