    I also took a lot of dairy out of my diet and I've lost like 7 or 8 pounds.  What the heck?  Does dairy really make me gain weight?  That makes me so sad.

    Rest day accomplished.  Oh and walking through the grocery store with a toddler in the Tula, that was an ass kicking.

    I like the looks I get when I back carry C and then carry E into the store.

    Why yes I love carrying 40 pounds of children and a diaper bag from my car to the store.
