Dear Diary,

I really really do not want to fill out my self-evaluation section on my performance plan. I will continue to put that off until January.

I hope that I will be able to survive a trip home for the holidays. Between SIL being 9 months pregnant and my MIL just being her normal self, I pray that I don't kill anyone.

Also, 10DPO falls on Christmas, so not getting a BFN Christmas morning would be great universe, so let's see what you can do about that.

Last night I hosted neighbourhood moms for a festive mom's night in. I was really looking forward to it until one of the moms dropped a pregnancy announcement bomb to me (about someone else who wasn't there) at the beginning of the night. So I drank but was not merry. I wanted to run to my bedroom and cry but had to sit through three hours. I need a break from this mommy group. It's always pregnancy announcements or newborn talk. It's run online with an event calendar so I cancelled all my RSVPs going forward.

Dear DD,

My sister is dating an uneducated dumb ass who is so beneath her in more ways than one (she's a PHD cannidate). Let's just say that education is super important to her and she's settling on him for his money. I can't even figure out how to be nice to him to his face because it's impossible for me to hide my disgust for him. They keep one writing shit about marriage on IG to one another. It makes me sick and I'm reconsidering have her as DS's legal guardian if he's in the picture. I'm so glad I was dating/engaged/married before social media became a necessity.

DDF,

I am really getting tired of having to take care of drug addicts having their 6th baby and the teenagers who act like babies are the coolest accessory to have. What the hell is wrong with me that I can't have just one more baby? Why waste babies on addicts who don't get to keep them anyway?

I am getting crankier and less patient as the cycles go by. I have no tolerance for this garbage anymore. Why can't any of the ladies here have a baby? It is so depressing.

Eeeek good luck. I don't think I could bring myself to test 10dpo on Christmas Day!! Even when I have been knocked up, 10 wasn't reliable for me. Fingers crossed for your Christmas miracle!!

I unfourtantly have a short LP. With DD I tested at 8DPO and got a clear positive. I always start spotting around 7DPO if I am not pregnant, so if I was KU I would know by 10DPO (even without a test).

Plus let's be honest here. I am a POASaholic. I break those IC out at like 6DPO like the true psycho I am.

On the bright side, if I am not KU I can start drinking right away. Nobody frowns at Mimosas on Christmas morning

LOL mimosas would be my reason for NOT testing. Can't feel guilty then if I drank but didn't know.

Sorry I can't remember your exact history....I had a short LP also with tons of spotting. I hate spotting. I actually didn't even test particularly low for progesterone but now that I'm on prometrium every cycle, zero spotting most of the time and if I get it, it's never early anymore. Short LP was a concern for my RE. Has your said anything about it?

Ya, my siggy refuses to update. I do have documented short LP. I sustained my 2nd pregnancy (only have 1DD) with progesterone. I have progesterone on hand for when/if I get a BFP again.

This is my 2nd month on Clomid. Last month I didn't have any spotting, it was a huge MF.

I have to host a Christmas party tonight when I just want to hide and eat burritos.

I hate IUIs, I hate bfns, and I hate holiday celebrations post bfn. Nope.

On the upside, I got a shirt with a cat wearing a Santa hat and it says, "meowy Christmas" and it makes me happy.

I will be right there with you since I stop BCPs on 12/22, yah for an already emotional day being hyped up. I hope I do not cry to much .

DDF, what the heck made me add up the medical bills for the year this week. Cue minor panic attack and saying something better come from IVF 2.2 or heads will roll.
