What do you think of this baby boy name?

We have really fallen in love with the name Collin! Just wondering what some opinions were on it? Also not sure if we will spell it Collin or Colin, probably leaning toward the 2 Ls. Last name is Thomas, we arent sure about a middle name yet, I like Jared. Collin Jared Thomas. Opinions?

I like Collin/Colin. Personally I'm all about sticking to the traditional spelling, except with 2 names. Mostly because I know 2 "Colins" that pronounce it "Colon" it's so weird to me that I prefer the double L now.

I've only lurked here.. never posted but I had to this time! Our last name is Thomas and my son's name is Collin.. 2 L's. lol He's 6. Some people told me I shouldn't use 2 L's because it's not a solid Scottish name then.. but the reason I decided on 2 L's is because I didn't want people constantly mispronouncing his name. We love it. It was literally the ONLY boy name DH and I could agree on. Now I'm almost 18 weeks with our third and I am totally clueless with names. I literally have no ideas that DH even likes.
