This can't be happening again... (Possible trigger)

I haven't even introed yet. I'm 4w4d according to ovulation and I've known for over a week that I'm pregnant. I got betas drawn again today and they didn't double. Here's my timeline:
Dec 3: 29
Dec 5: 103
Dec 8: 539
Dec 11: 934

Last year my numbers didn't double and I miscarried at 7w6d. I don't even think I'll make it that far this time. It took us an entire year to get pregnant again and I'm feeling devastated that my worst fear is most likely coming true again. I could use all the thoughts and prayers I can get. Thanks in advance.

Me: 28 
DH: 34

IUD out 8/29/13 and TTC since then.
BFP 12/29/13
Bleeding 1/17/14 with LO showing 10 days smaller.
NMC 1/26/14

Continued trying every month. Began seeing RE 7/2014.

12/2/14 got first Rx for Clomid for following cycle.
12/3/14 BFP!!!
No heartbeat at 8w4d. D&C scheduled for Jan 7, 14

    I know it's hard to stay positive. Beta hell absolutely sucks! FX for you!

       Me: IR-PCOS, elevated DHEAs, low progesterone, weak ovulation  DH: low volume, low T
    SHG 5/10/13: both tubes blocked; HSG 6/28 = Left tube cleared! Right blocked.
    BFP#1 7/20/13 EDD 3/30/14, m/c 8/19/13, D&E 8/21/13, Chromosomal results = normal, female
    Lap & hysteroscopy scheduled for 10/31, right tube cleared, no endo found! ...Happy Halloween!
    Cycle 14: Clomid (50)+ IUI = BFP! EDD 9/16/14~ Rowan Elizabeth born sleeping at 17w4d on 4/12/14 due to IC.
    ~There is no foot too small that it cannot leave an imprint on this world~
    New RE June 2014. RPL b/w - negative. SIS looking for uterine/cervical abnormalities & Asherman's 6/10/14 - ALL CLEAR!  
    Cycle 16: Natural IUI = CP, Cycle 17: Femara (2.5) + IUI = BFN, Cycle 18 Femara (5) + IUI = BFFN, Cycle 19: Break
    Cycle 20: Clomid (50)+ IUI = BFP EDD 6/20, transvaginal cerclage 12/19, Carson Quinn born sleeping at 16w3d on 1/6/15 due to IC

IVF #1 Oct/Nov 2013: Long Lupron with Gonal-F. 7R, 7M, 7F. 2 txfer@3d. Nothing frozen.  => M/C @ 8 wks. :'( Selected RPL panel all normal. Very hyper and brittle response to stims. IVF #2 (antagonist protocol) Feb 2014 => Converted to IUI (Perfect conditions). BFN. IVF #2.1 w/ new RE June 2014: Antagonist protocol. 33R, 31M, 30F, 19 blasts to test!!! I made it through without crashing!! :) Hats off to Dr. Fancypants!! ET of one 5AB blast. BFN. 13 10 CCS'ed snowflakes! FET #1 PUPO as of 7/29 Betas: 8/7@24, 8/9@97, 8/11@334 (etc.) Two sacs on 8/15, one seen on 8/18 after a bleed. U/s 8/25 (6+3) "perfect": 5.9 mm + HB@120bpm! U/s 9/4 (7+6): 15.9 mm + HB@172 bpm! Please, PLEASE stick this time!!!!

    Got the first call from the nurse who said it's good that I'm not bleeding or having any pain and that at this point they probably want to just wait until my ultrasound on the 22nd before doing anything else. She is going to speak with my doctor to see if he wants any more labs but there's not much to do but wait and hope. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. I'm an emotional wreck and PgAL brain is in full force but I'm trying to hold it together and keep a little faith. I'll let you know what she says when she calls later today after talking to the doctor.

    Glad the doctor isn't concerned, but I understand the stress you must be under. Hopefully they let you continue the labs so you can have a better idea before the U/S on the 22nd. Keeping you in my T&Ps. ((Hugs))

    Well the nurse finally called back and they don't want to do anything until my ultrasound on the 22nd. I asked her what to do if I start to miscarry and she said to collect a specimen. I'm not really feeling the love. I was crying both times on the phone with her. I guess I don't know what I want them to do...but a call from my actual doc and maybe another beta would have been nice. I'm freaking out and I feel like I am not sure how I'm going to get through the next 10 days. Sorry to be such a Debbie downer. This is really hard. :(

    I'm sorry you are feeling so anxious. I know the waiting is hard. Is there a project you could work on...maybe something holiday related that would help keep you busy?

    @kate6214‌ thank you and yes I think I'm gonna try to get busy to distract me. I cancelled cookie-palooza with my SIL for today but I may call her up and see if we can do it tomorrow. Wasting away on the couch will only make it worse.

    Thank you all for your support. It has meant so much to me. I'm going to try to stay neutral and just keep going until I know more. I'm gonna stick around in hopes that everything ends up ok.
