Baby got her shots this morning. She felt warm around 6 so I took her temp rectally and it was 100.5 so I tried to give her a dose of Tylenol but she has a super sensitive gag reflux and spit up part of it.
Here it is at 9 and I am BFing her before bedtime. I took her temp again and it's climbed to 101.2. I know it's still too early for another dose.
Is this a pretty normal temp for after shots? At what temp should I get worried? Should I wake her to BF to avoid dehydration? Should I wake her in a hour for her next Tylenol dose so the fever doesn't increase? Sorry for all the questions, I don't remember DS getting fevers from the shots...

So we checked temp at 10:30 and it was 100.5 so went ahead and gave Tylenol. I gave it to her really really slow over the course of 15 min and she got it all and didn't get sick.
She just woke now at 2ish and we took her temp again and it was 100.0. We decided to forego the Tylenol and see temp at her next awakening.
Her fever got as high as 101.5. We gave Tylenol every 4 hrs if it was above 100.4. The fever broke almost exactly 36 hours after the vaccinations were given.
