Hello - my intro

Hi Ladies,
My DH and I are working on physically and emotionally recovering from our first miscarriage.  I miscarried at 9w but my midwife thinks it was a missed miscarriage from 6w.  On the advise of my CNM we are waiting a full cycle before we TTC. I am looking forward to getting to know you laddies.  I'm newer to TB, but I found my BMB helpful (though I lurked more than I posted, I can bit of a wallflower that way, I'm working on changing that) and look forward to what appears to be a board of supportive and amazing laddies.  
A little about me:
I'm 29, DH is 31 we've been married 9 1/2 years, together for 13 1/2 - we are "high school sweethearts".  We have a sweet fur baby - Zeke, he is a 10y/o yorkie maltese mix and a total momma's boy.  We are "nerds" and love playing board games, our favs are Settlers of Catan and Ticket-to-Ride, we also enjoy Cards Against Humanity for a fun/low-strategy change of pace.  We also watch way too much TV, right now we are binge-watching Survivor seasons we missed when we cut cable and switched to Hulu.

    Hello. I'm sorry for your loss. I also suffered a missed miscarriage (around 6 1/2 weeks) recently and, yes, it sucks. 

    Welcome to the board. I hope you find the comfort and support you need here. Being on this board has helped me immensely.

    Thanks for the warm welcomes! It really means a lot.

    @leloyd - Will you let me know what you think of the Star Trek expansion after Christmas?  We've looked at it few times.  We bought the Struggle for Rome set last year and were less than impressed.

    I'm sorry for your loss. Welcome to the board.
    Together since April 2004.  Married since June 19th, 2010.
     BFP #1: January 31st 2012: CP. 
     BFP #2: June 1st 2012, Due:2/8/13. Avery was born via unplanned c section on 2/13/13. 
     BFP #3: Sept. 25th, 2014. Due: 6/5/15.  MMC on 10/23/14. Confirmed complete molar pregnancy per D&C 10/29/14, 
    HCG officially negative 12/10/14.  Benched until June 2015.

    Welcome, and so sorry for your loss. Hubby and I are nerds as well! We love Phase 10, Cards Against Humanity, and Risk. We are also total Survivor addicts! We binge watched like 15 seasons over the course of a couple months early this year! Can't wait to see who wins the current season.

    Thank you again to all of you amazing ladies.  I can't tell you how much this warm outpouring of love and support means to me.  It's really been helpful getting me through what's been a kinda rough week.  ::hugs:: 

    @nikolie93 - Thanks, he's a little goober but I luv him tons.  :o3

    @melsner - We are still a little behind,  we just finished Blood vs Water.  Hopefully we'll get caught up quickly and maybe we can have a Survivor thread.  ;)

    IUI #1 5mg Femara + trigger = BFN
    IUI #2 5mg Femara + trigger = BFN
    IUI #3 5mg Femara + trigger = BFN
    IVF #1, Stimmed for 12 days, ER 8/22/14, 9 retrieved, 7M, 7F!!  Freeze all due to fluid in uterus.
    FET end of October 2014 cancelled due to fluid in uterus due to possible c-scar defect
    Surgery scheduled 12/12/14 to fix possible isthmocele
    3/26/15 transferred one 8 cell grade 4 embryo and one 6 cell grade 3 embryo = slow rising betas for 2+ weeks = ectopic MTX shot 4/29/15
    Repeat c-scar surgery June 2015
    2nd and last IVF cycle August 2015, stimmed for 12 days, 2 egg retrieved, both mature and both fertilized.  Transferred both 8-cell embryos on Day 3, beta 9/5/15 = BFFN
    MOVING TO ADOPTION!
