From 8 to TWELVE!?!?!

Just had to share this, guys...
I had my 8-week appointment today and during the ultrasound, they confirmed that baby is not 8 weeks, 3 days, but more like TWELVE weeks, 3 days!!!  I literally had a D&C 12 weeks ago, which means I conceived this baby two weeks after my D&C.  We were using a spermicide, which wasn't super-effective, I guess!  Anyway, I'm still in disbelief!  Also, a little relieved because I noticed I had a bump while I was showering last night (my bump is always bigger at night) and I've been having a tough time fitting in to my regular clothes- this was concerning to me at 8 weeks, but makes much more sense at 12 weeks.  Anyway, I'm gonna stick around here, even though my new due date is June 22.  Hope you don't mind! =)

    That is incredible. Definitely jealous. I have my first appointment/ultrasound Monday and I'm secretly hoping they tell me I'm further than 7 weeks although it's not very likely. Glad you'll stay!
