PCOS is tricking you. If you're not temping, you cannot assume you ovulated if you have PCOS. No amount of day-counting and discharge watching can do what temping will. Also, Metformin is not guaranteed to regulate PCOS - it is really designed to help manage insulin resistance if your PCOS is the insulin resistant type. Andplusalso, a negative test means not pregnant at this time. If you're pregnant enough for symptoms, you have enough hcg in your system to turn a test.
ETA: No offense, but there was no reason to put your disclaimer about not wanting to hear similar experiences. If you had spent any time on this board before this post you'd know that we're not a group that symptom-spots. We take tests, listen to science and assume our bodies are unpredictable and tricky. Do not be surprised when this post does not return favorable responses.

Is there anything that says we have to be welcoming? This is a community and we are protective of it. You come waltzing in here with an impossible question ("am I pregnant?" We can't see your uterus!) and rudely disregard the members here by saying our experiences will not give you insight. Well get this: our experience says "Trust the test." That should be enough insight.

Did you serious call my friends assholes? What is it about people and the anonymity of the internet? Grow up.
Here's how it works. I've been through it over 60 times and am thoroughly versed in how it works, so don't imagine that I'm in the "same boat" but "confused" and have "no insight." This is as insightful as it gets.

2. Brown Spotting
3. AF
Next time, save yourself some trouble - just expect random internet strangers to feel the need to waste their time as your personal doctor after you have reached stage 3. Because by then you will have the necessary insight yourself.

OP don't come on here asking us to answer a bunch of questions and in the process be really snotty and call people names. You won't make friends doing that. Also, it's rude to come on and delete everything you said (which is why I thinked PP's for QFP). PLease go away if you're going to behave this way.
