I try to drive by as many railway crossings as possible on my way somewhere and hope we get stopped by a train. All so my toddler can talk about it for the next 20 minutes.

The highlight of my grocery shopping was finding a pack of nitrate/nitrite free hot dogs for 50% off. My kid is OBSESSED with hot dogs and I know they are seriously awful for her. I was more excited about the hot dogs than the steak I got cheap.

@stephcarter we have been buying up all the team umizoomi dvds on amazon. It is ds1 favorite show.

I just slammed my elbow/funny bone into A's bed so hard I legit teared up. The only other time in recent memory I have cried from physical pain was when my husband hit a massive hole in the street 5 days after my c-section.

My kid was so tired tonight. She has been waking up earlier every day this week. Today was between 6 and 6:30 when it had usually been shortly after 7. Husband asked me to make sure she doesn't go to bed until after 7:00 tonight to try to push her wakeup time back. By 6:30 I wanted to punch him in the mouth. LOL at 7:15 when I tucked her in, she didn't want a book, no songs, no rocking. Just in the bed, kiss, stars, and she was OUT.

Now at 11:30, she is in her "too tired to function" deep sleep pose. Face flat on the mattress, tush high up in the air. Bless her poor little worn out heart anyway.

Holy hell wesley slept all night last night he fell asleep at 915pm and woke up at 715a.m. this morning! Thats 10 hours of sleep!

Im knocking on all wood today and considering a sacrifice to the sleeping gods!
