I am about to be 28 weeks, and my blood pressure is higher than normal. My booking bp at 8 weeks was 90/50. Ever since 14 weeks, it has been around 118/68. A couple days ago, I got a home reading of 116/77. The 77 was pretty high for me and I had been having headaches a lot, so I went to the dr. My BP never got that high there. 118/64. So I guess my question is, is this an issue being I previously had low blood pressure? I had blood work done and did a urine sample, no protein or other signs of pre-e. Just a lot of headaches, nose bleeds, and feeling more dizzy lately. No swelling. My dr said it still has to get to 140/90 to be a problem but then a midwife told me otherwise. Which is it? Just don't want to go undiagnosed and have problems!!
Re: Pre-Eclampsia questions
I would keep any eye on it to see if it keeps climbing. Try rest and lots of water as well.
